We are proud to support the United States Postal Service (USPS). All US packages are shipped and fully insured via USPS. If you would like an adult signature to be required upon receipt, please let us know. Otherwise, it will be left to the discretion of the delivery person. We offer the following shipping options:

First Class Mail (2-3 business days for most locations)
Priority Mail (1 business days for most locations)
Priority Express Mail (Overnight to 2 days)

Curbside Pickup 

Curbside Pickup is available at our shop (38 Atlantic Avenue, Marblehead) during open hours. Please pull up in front of our shop and give us a call when you arrive so that we can run your order out to your car. 

Home Delivery

For a limited time home delivery is available within a 5 mile radius from our shop. We strive to deliver all orders same-day, but please allow up to 48 hours for yours to arrive. Please call us at 781-639-9600 to arrange a home delivery.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, please allow 48-72 hours for handling and processing. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day. 

Are items ever out of stock?

Because we specialize in hand-crafted jewelry, there can be limited availability and some pieces may be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case we will gladly special order the item for you when available.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once we have processed your order we will email you the shipping and tracking information.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

Yes! All of our orders arrive with our fabulous signature gift-wrap. We are also happy to include a hand-written card with a special message from you ($2.95) (you can enter what you would like to say when you are on the check-out page).
