Can I return something if it wasn’t quite right after all?
We want you to love each and every one of your purchases from Jambu Jewelry and we also understand that sometimes you need to exchange items for something just right for you! You can return undamaged, unworn, non-sale items to us for exchange or store credit within 10 days of the date USPS delivered your item(s). We will be unable to offer you an exchange or credit memo if 10 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase. All special orders and discounted items are final sales. Please note, we only offer an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.
To return an item purchased from our online store:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with your name, order number and the style number of your item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Once you have contacted us and we have confirmed your return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be included with your return/exchange/repair.
- Please address all returns to Jambu Jewelry, 38 Atlantic Avenue, Marblehead, MA 01945. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Credits for Returns
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If your item is approved for return, then your credit memo will be processed, and you will receive a gift card. This does not expire, and can be used at any time. We will not be able to accept any unauthorized returns or returns postmarked after ten (10) days of your receipt of the order.
Flagship Store Policy
Items purchased on the website can also be brought into our flagship store for exchange. Items originally purchased in-store, are also eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 10 days of purchase only.
