REPAIRS

What if I need a piece repaired?

Jambu warranties all pieces for the first year of normal use. After one year the cost of repair will be the responsibility of the customer. If an item you purchased here is in need of a repair, please contact us and we will gladly send your jewelry to the artist for repair. We recommend that simple repairs such as clasp replacements etc. are handled by a local jeweler.  

How long will a repair take?

Designers require 4-10 weeks to repair & return items. Jambu will call or email you the day the piece is returned to the store to let you know it is ready for pick up. 

What is the cost for repairs?

The charge for repairs will vary depending on the materials and labor required. Pieces will be evaluated individually. There is a $15.00 shipping and insurance fee for all jewelry sent out for repair regardless of age. Chan Luu jewelry is warrantied for many years and all her items are subject to a $35.00 shipping and insurance fee.
